Pumpkin Spice Latte-Inspired DIY Bath Bomb Recipe

Time: 10 minutes (+ 8 to 10 hours for drying)

Makes: 3 to 4 bath bombs

 

 

Ingredients

2 tablespoons melted coconut oil

6-8 drops cinnamon essential oil

4-6 drops clove essential oil

1 cup baking soda

½ cup citric acid

¼ cup Epsom salt

2 tablespoons cream of tartar

2 tablespoons coconut milk powder

 

Directions

1. In a small bowl, whisk together the coconut oil, cinnamon oil, and clove oil.

2. In a large bowl, whisk together the baking soda, citric acid, Epsom salt, cream of tartar, and coconut milk powder.

3. Add the coconut oil mixture to the dry mixture and stir until the mixture holds together when pinched.

4. Pack the mixture into molds, then gently remove.

5. Place them on a clean plate and leave out to dry for 8-10 hours.

Tip:

If you don’t have a mold, you can use a muffin tin, an ice cream scoop, or even plastic Easter eggs to form the molds.
