Coconut and Lavender DIY Foot Scrub

Time: 5 minutes

Makes: ½ cup

Ingredients

1 cup Epsom salt

½ cup brown sugar

2 tablespoons coconut oil, softened (but not liquid)

8-10 drops lavender essential oil

 

Directions

1. In a small bowl, mix all the ingredients until combined. Use the back of a spoon to break up the coconut oil as needed.

2. Apply 1 to 2 tablespoons at a time to a clean foot. Gently scrub on your feet and ankles for 10 minutes. Focus on dry areas, such as cracked heels, to remove any dead skin cells. Repeat with your other foot.

3. Rinse your feet thoroughly with warm water. Dry with clean towel. Transfer the remaining mixture to an airtight container for later use.
