1? cup Bob’s Red Mill gluten-free baking flour

¼ cup brewer’s yeast

? cup ground flax seeds

1 teaspoon baking powder

½ teaspoon sea salt

½ teaspoon cinnamon

2 eggs

1 cup coconut oil, softened

? cup maple syrup

½-¾ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

 

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

2. In a large bowl, mix together the oats, flour, yeast, flax seeds, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.

3. In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the remaining ingredients, except the chocolate chips.
